Yasir Billoo

Yasir Billoo is an experienced attorney whose experience ranges from representing large Fortune 500 companies in complex litigation and appeals in state and federal court, to helping small business owners with simple agreements and legal consulting. While earning his Juris Doctor, he was a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court team and on the Board of the Journal of International and Comparative Law. A native of Karachi, Pakistan, Yasir, speaks English, Spanish, Urdu, Hindi and Memoni.

Prior to practicing law, Yasir managed the finances of a group of Central American companies, handling complex international financial transactions. Yasir currently serves as a Hearing Officer for Miami-Dade County’s Commission on Human Rights, where he presides over appeals of initial determinations in cases where discrimination is alleged.

Yasir is also a Member of the prestigious invitation-only International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC). IADC has been serving a distinguished membership of corporate and insurance defense attorneys and insurance executives since 1920. The IADC membership is comprised of the world’s leading corporate and insurance lawyers and insurance executives. They are partners in large and small law firms, senior counsel in corporate law departments, and corporate and insurance executives. Members represent the largest corporations around the world, including the majority of companies listed in the FORTUNE 500.

Zahra Khan

Zahra is a professional and experienced attorney that serves as general counsel for prominent corporations in Florida, working with them to resolve myriad of complex issues and helping them prevent new issues from arising.

Zahra earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and has been admitted to the Florida Bar since.

Zahra earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. While earning her Juris Doctor, she served as a board member in Hendry County Tourism Council. Born in Iran, and later raised in India, Zahra is fluent in Farsi, Urdu, Hindi and English.

Lizza Constantine

Lizza Constantine specializes in the areas of business/commercial contracts and litigation, international business transactions, landlord/tenant disputes and real estate transactions. Prior to joining International Law Partners LLP, Lizza was an Honor’s Legal Intern for the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Miami office.

Lizza was raised in Davie and is equally fluent in both English and Spanish. Lizza attended Florida Atlantic University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. During her undergraduate studies, Lizza received a minor in Accounting.

Lizza received her law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law in 2017. During her first year as a las student, Lizza served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judge Sharon Zeller in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. While in law school, Lizza served as a Bilingual Editor for the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law. She was also the Executive Justice for Competitions for the Moot Court Society. She competed in the 2016 AIPLA Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition, placing as a Quarter-finalist.

Lizza was a Silver Medal Award Recipient for her numerous pro bono work hours contributed to the community in May 2017. Lizza graduated Cum Laude from the College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2017.

Lillian Taylor Štajnbaher

Lillian Taylor Štajnbaher, noted trademark attorney, has been representing businesses in the US and internationally for over three decades. Lillian has become well-recognized for her ability to: aggregate, stratify, and synthesize large volumes of data; capitalize on critical findings for high-level negotiation of business and legal terms for complex deals; and, tenaciously protect trademark portfolios for numerous mid and large caps entities.

Lillian has managed US and foreign associates in negotiating mergers and acquisitions; in the protection of trademarks, copyrights, patents; as well as in all aspects of prosecuting and defending lawsuits. Lillian is authorized to practice law in state and federal courts in California, to prosecute trademark applications across the US and in Canada, and to file international applications under the Madrid Protocol.
