Yasir Bilal is the Founder and Managing Partner of our firm, bringing over two decades of experience in international business law, corporate advisory, and cross-border transactions.

Persephone Bouza
Billing Specialist
Persephone is ILP’s Billing Specialist with significant experience in customer service, client experience and invoicing and collections. Perse has an unmatched work ethic; she started from the ground up and developed a strong understanding of the firm’s operations and commitment to client service. Perse now oversees client account management, invoicing, payment processing, and financial recordkeeping, bringing a detail-oriented, organized, and responsive approach to her work. She brings that detail because she understands how important it is to get every invoice and billing entry correct so our clients know exactly the value they have received from our legal team. Outside the office, Perse is a full-time graduate student pursuing a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology, with a particular interest in personal growth, human behavior, and overall well-being. Sarah has worked in the legal field since 2009. She earned her Paralegal Studies Certificate from the University of Miami in 2015. Sarah has experience as a litigation paralegal in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including state and federal courts. At ILP, Sarah’s focus is on complex commercial litigation and insurance defense. Sarah’s masterful orientation to detail, organization and her ability to communicate complex issues with clients makes her an integral member of our litigation team. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family.
Sarah Falcon
Sarah has worked in the legal field since 2009. She earned her Paralegal Studies Certificate from the University of Miami in 2015. Sarah has experience as a litigation paralegal in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including state and federal courts. At ILP, Sarah’s focus is on complex commercial litigation and insurance defense. Sarah’s masterful orientation to detail, organization and her ability to communicate complex issues with clients makes her an integral member of our litigation team. Jasmine brings with her a significant number of jury and non-jury trials in state and federal court across a broad range of practice areas, displaying her ability to be versatile to our clients’ needs.
Jasmine Ramos
As an associate attorney at the firm, Jasmine is passionate about helping clients navigate the legal system and achieving the best possible results. She brings a versatile legal background to the team, with valuable experience spanning criminal defense, immigration, and general civil litigation. Jasmine brings with her a significant number of jury and non-jury trials in state and federal court across a broad range of practice areas, displaying her ability to be versatile to our clients’ needs.
At ILP, Jasmine’s practice is intertwined between business litigation, including but not limited to partnership/shareholder disputes, real estate and investment fraud and non-compete and trade secret disputes, and insurance defense, primarily focused on auto and premises liability matters.
She earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2019 and achieved admission to The Florida Bar that same year. Prior to her legal studies, she attended Florida State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and a minor in French.
Her global perspective and fluency in English, French, and Spanish allow her to advocate effectively for a diverse range of clients. Outside of the courtroom, she is a dedicated family person who loves spending quality time with her spouse and two children. Her household is kept lively by their miniature poodle, who is truly the sweetest, craziest dog you could ever meet. To stay energized, she loves to travel and practices Muay Thai.
Sheeba Ajwani
Associate Attorney
She was born and raised in Mumbai, India where she completed her law degree (L.L.B) and worked as an attorney with multiple law firms and as an in-house counsel for a financial organization in India. Thereafter, she moved to United States in 2015 and completed her Masters in Law from the University of Miami School of Law in 2016.
Sheeba Ajwani
Sheeba is a multi-state licensed attorney in good standing with the NY State Bar, Texas State Bar, the Florida State Bar, and the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa (India).
She was born and raised in Mumbai, India where she completed her law degree (L.L.B) and worked as an attorney with multiple law firms and as an in-house counsel for a financial organization in India. Thereafter, she moved to United States in 2015 and completed her Masters in Law from the University of Miami School of Law in 2016.
Sheeba has several years of experience in litigation, international business transactions, and corporate compliance. Within litigation, Sheeba brings with her experience of high profile multi-state federal litigation and was recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch attorney in the 2026 Edition.
At ILP, Sheeba focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, ranging from simple business to business breach of contract matters to complex matters, including between business litigation, including but not limited to partnership/shareholder disputes, real estate and investment fraud and non-compete and trade secret disputes.
Prior to practicing law, Sheeba obtained a Bachelors in Commerce with a specialization in Business Management and assisted different businesses in achieving their expansion goals.

Gabriela is deeply committed to client advocacy, ensuring clear communication, strategic execution, and strong results at every step of the legal process. Gabriela has served as first and second chair in a significant number of jury and non-jury trials within a broad range of litigation matters. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she leverages strong cross-cultural and communication skills to effectively navigate complex disputes and serve a diverse corporate and non-profit clientele in complex business and insurance defense litigation.

In business litigation, Gabriela’s focus is on partnership/shareholder disputes, real estate and investment fraud and non-compete and trade secret disputes. In insurance defense, her broad focus ranges from simple auto and premises liability matters to defense in complex long-term care facility, child welfare agencies and medical facilities.
Gabriela earned her Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2019. During her time in law school, she served as the Associate Director and an editor for the UPR Law Review, managing multi-person project teams and rigorous analytical workflows.
Outside of her active litigation practice, Gabby is deeply rooted in her local community, cherishing time spent with her husband and two young children. Whether she is spending her weekends relaxing with her family at the beach or balancing a busy professional docket, she approaches every aspect of her life with dedication and focus.
Abril Montero Dokser
Litigation Paralegal
Abril is an associate with significant litigation experience. At ILP, Abril represents businesses and non-profits in complex complex commercial litigation and insurance defense matters. Abril’s insurance defense experience ranges from simple auto and premises liability to defense of child welfare agencies. As a member of the Florida Bar and licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Abril litigates cases in both state and federal court.
Abril Montero Dokser
Abril is an associate with significant litigation experience. At ILP, Abril represents businesses and non-profits in complex complex commercial litigation and insurance defense matters. Abril’s insurance defense experience ranges from simple auto and premises liability to defense of child welfare agencies. As a member of the Florida Bar and licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Abril litigates cases in both state and federal court.
While earning her Juris Doctor at the University of Miami, Abril served as a Fellow in the Human Rights Clinic, where she worked on local and international advocacy projects focused on Indigenous and rural women’s rights. During law school, she gained experience in immigration law, family law, tenant’s rights, and advocacy before international treaty bodies. She was the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, the HOPE Fellow Scholarship, and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, among other honors recognizing her litigation and advocacy skills.
Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Abril brings an international perspective to her practice and is fluent in Spanish.

Taniyah earned her Bachelor of Science in International Affairs from Florida State University, with a concentration in Public Administration, specialization in Law, and minor in Psychology. Her interest in the legal field began well before college while attending a law-focused high school academy, where she earned her paralegal certification.
When she’s not working, Taniyah enjoys spending time with her family, trying new restaurants, and finding new things to do around South Florida. Fun fact: she loves cooking and will happily turn a regular weekend into an excuse to make a full seafood boil for her family.

Yasmine Feirvezers is an associate attorney at Injury Law Pros, where she represents injured clients in personal injury litigation throughout the State of Florida. Based in the firm's Hollywood office, Yasmine handles cases from filing through trial, with a primary focus on auto accident claims, as well as slip and fall matters.
Yasmine works closely with clients to build strong cases against individuals and companies responsible for their injuries. She is committed to pursuing full and fair compensation for her clients.
Yasmine earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2021 and her undergraduate degree from Florida International University in 2017. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
